Your promises. You confirm you have all rights to grant these licenses and that your Submissions don’t violate laws or third-party rights.
NZGameHall IP. The Services (site, app, brand, logos, software, and content we provide) are NZGameHall’s intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or these Terms.

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy (including cookie consent for analytics/ads where required).
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, security, or features. For material changes, we’ll notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect (longer where required by law). If you object, you may stop using the Services and request account deletion. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
Law. These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
Jurisdiction. The courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Local consumer rights. If you live in the EEA/UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those rights remain unaffected.
Severability. If any term is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. A valid provision that most closely matches the intent will replace it.
No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver.
Entire agreement. These Terms, plus the Privacy and Cookies Policies and any Order-specific terms, form the entire agreement between you and NZGameHall.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, with notice where required.
